Such a beautiful surgery, the state of the art equipment ensures your eyes... are ok, then beautiful frames to choose from in a relaxed and stylish environment. The staff are so knowledgable, helpful and patient, they helped me choose the most beautiful frames that worked with my prescription. My eye test was incredible, such amazing equipment. and lovely optician, I know my eyes are healthy and I have the best lenses for my eyes. Thanks to you all.read more

My optician friend (not local) said at 57yrs I should get an eye check if... buying specs off ebay. Latest kit, very professional, very slick and thorough eye examination which is worth paying for. Most refreshing was the complete absence of a hard sell to buy some vain glory frames that I would lose or break within a month. OK it’s glitzy for those who need that sort of thing but behind the front of shop is professionalism and competence. Will return when invited for my next follow upread more

The level of care I have received from concept has always been nothing... other than exceptional. I attended the older clinic and Gosforth and more recently had my first appointment at their new flagship store. I was blown away when I went in from the fantastic decor to the broad range of high end glasses. The compliment this the level of detail that was provided from my eye examination unbelievable. The clinic is designed to the highest spec and they held a fabulous range of glasses to choose from.
